Dan is a PGA Certified Professional in Golf Operations, Player Development and General Management and has been a member of the PGA for the past 27 years. Dan brings a wealth of experience in developing programs for instruction, operations and tournament management. Just recently, Dan introduced a year-long, point based tournament series that ran from February to November and included over 100 different members participating with a champion crowned in a shootout of the top ten point earners. He works very closely with both the Men’s and Ladies’ Golf Associations fine tuning their tournament schedules and weekly and monthly play and prides himself in the organization of conducting quality events to improve the member experience.

Dan is a certified fitter of Callaway golf equipment and maintains a very active lesson schedule providing instruction for all ages and skill levels. He stays well informed on the latest methods in instruction, equipment and technology including the use of the Foresight launch monitor. As a golf professional Dan says, “There is nothing more gratifying then seeing a member improve their ball striking and have more fun on the golf course and watch their experience become contagious with their friends”.

Dan and his wife Sharon have been married 38 years and are raising their grandsons Clayton and Branton. Both boys are excelling in school and on the athletic fields in soccer and Branton has added cross country running to his sports resume, medaling in multiple meets for his school. Dan has said, “our move to Milledgeville in 2024 has been the best move both professionally and personally for the family and is proven by the acceptance of the TCLS family and the success that the boys are experiencing in school and sports, thank you members, TCLS management and ownership and Milledgeville”.
