December 2021 Member Letter

Dear Friends at TCLS,

As December quickly approaches, we continue to prepare for the many Holiday celebrations to come. Please watch for our Member Events such as our Complimentary Member Christmas Party, Turtle Cove Pontoon Boat Tours and our Rocking New Year's Eve Party with Fireworks at midnight. All events are being held exclusively for the enjoyment of our Members only!

Thank you to the 250+ Member Families who attended our Thanksgiving Brunch. It was great to see everyone relaxing and enjoying the day with friends and family comprised of Members only. Jason and his team provided a wonderful spread for which we are all so very “Thankful”! Kim and I are so very blessed and have so many reasons to be “Thankful”! We have so many blessings; the greatest of all being your friendship, support and prayers during my minor health issues. We look forward to personally showing our appreciation to everyone when we permanently return to Milledgeville on December 12, 2021.

Thank you to all Member Households who chose to participate in our Member Funded Employee Gift Program. These funds have been divided among all hourly employees, to include Aubri Lanes Staff. This program makes our employee's Holiday a little brighter. If you prefer not to participate, please call Renee at 478-452-3525 ext. 204 to opt out.

We have ordered a “Range Servant” range ball dispenser and we will re-sod the practice tee with Celebration Bermuda in the spring. These additions will complement our newly constructed short game practice facility. Currently, our range plan averages about $17 per month and is billed on an annual basis. It is our plan to reduce the price of our Range Program to just $10 per month. This monthly charge will be billed to all in-town Golf Members beginning with your January statement. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me on my personal cell at 478-290-9700.

Kim and I are in the last few weeks of treatment in Houston Texas. I have listened to a lot of country music during our time here. ☺ Three Tim McGraw songs speak to me because of their positive messages. I encourage each of you to really listen to the words and meanings of these songs.

“Better Than I Used to Be” - Admitting that we aren't perfect but continuously trying to get better.

“Live Like You Were Dying” - Never take tomorrow for granted so be the best version of yourself today.

“Always Be Humble and Kind” - When we succeed or enjoy good fortune, pay it forward.

Thanks to all that have said prayers and sent their well wishes. Your support is amazing. We can't wait to get back to serving you on a full time basis!

Sincerely,

Jeff & Kim
